Abstract
There are many evidences about the decreasing the quantity of electricity in Earth's crust during the last 40 years. This is the reason of increasing the ozone holes, while ozone layer represents the positive charged conductive surface of global capacitor. Since the ground is another conductive surface of global capacitor, with exactly the same quantity of electricity as in ozone layer, discharging the electricity on the ground affects directly discharging the electricity in ozone layer, thus increasing the hole surfaces.
Of this reasons it would be advisable to urgently out figure which causes are involved in discharging process of ground electricity, in order to replace them with some better solutions, along with implementing appropriate technologies and methodologies for efficiently recharge the ground crust with electricity.
We should consider, that no collapse should be produced introducing hour healing methods globally, but rather any kind of collapse has to be stopped, as well as magnifying of waste, worldwide. Of this reasons it would be possible to fulfill this task organizing a profitable business.

Since every microwave oven spends approximately 0.1 amps or more ground electricity in active state, the 100 millions of ovens are going to spent 10 millions of amps daily. If we consider that the average active state of microwave ovens is about ten minutes daily, this means that 10 millions of amps of free charge are going to be spent every single day, and so during 40 years, since this technology is implemented globally. This is the real reason why the protective electromagnetic shield of planet Earth is weaker along the time, since the electrical field intensity decreasing gradually, causing reduction of the life on Earth gradually. In the matter of fact, the solution to adjust the microwaves ovens to match the need to do not spent the ground charge any longer is more then simple. We'd just need on this purpose to decouple the ground lead from HV circuit, such as it is shown at the image right above, living the core of HV transformer grounded.

The idea is to develop an inexpensive recharging device in order to make it available worldwide, and to implement it on large scale. Furthermore, the end users are going to get the opportunity to take an active part in recharging the Earth's crust electrically, thus to contribute in saving the life on Earth.

Recharging device
In order to spear the electrical energy necessary for recharging the Ground worldwide, we are going to implement one of energy converters, which would be capable to transform an another kind of energy into electricity. The most simple, the most inexpensive and the most efficient to be implemented at this place is cold fusion resonant energy converter CFREC. This device is going to convert the inexhaustible energy of background environmental field, i. e. gravitational field, directly into electricity, so the total amount of electrical energy which is necessary to be spent for supplying the recharging device is going to be minimized. Drive circuit could be any standard high voltage direct current pulse device of higher frequency, in order to provide protection of electrical shock. To keep the frequency of HV DC pulse device to be in harmony with environmental surrounding, we could use HV fly-back circuit the same as it is used in vacuum tube TV sets, or some similar. The frequency of device should match the resonance frequency of ferrite core of fly-back transformer, which amounts about 28 kHz. This is going to match the resonant frequency of planet, moon and the rest of universe all at once, keeping the harmony, and providing for additional efficiency in energy transmission.
The same high voltage pulses which supply the energy convertor, are available on its output, of the same intensity of voltage peak, just with increased amplitude of available electrical current, accordingly to the efficiency of the energy converting device CFREC. The pulsed DC high voltage output of the recharging device is discharged disruptively into the ground lead using some powerful spark-gap inclosed hermetically in high temperature withstanding ceramic case. The gap size could be 8 mm to allow for discharging at 24 kV using some reserve to maximal voltage of 30 kV, because of abrasion of electrodes, which material is burning away, the far the air is around them. Of this reason hermetical closed case is introduced, which is going to reduce the abrasion of electrodes significantly, since the material of electrodes is going to burn as long as the oxygen is within. The far the oxygen is spent, no further abrasion process occurs, but the gap size increases depends of used material for electrodes. Additionally, it would be possible to introduce the nitrogen gas, to replace the air within the case of the spark-gap. The nitrogen gas is available as food store assortment, for instance for prolonging the life time of bottled wine, which is definitely not my favor article, since the wine normally could not stay nearby me longer then few days. Another source of nitrogen gas is the whipped cream in spray box, since the driving gas is nitrogen, thus when the cream is over, some gas remains still within and could be used on need.
If the average input power of recharging device amounts approximately 30 W, implementing two identical energy convertor devices CFREC connected in serial after each another, each of them of energy multiplying factor k = 8, we are going to have output power pulses of the same voltage amplitude, but of approximately 2 kW power, which are going to be discharged over spark-gap into the ground lead and to recharge the Earth's Crust.

The driver circuit should has the timer control to manage the duty cycle of the device in time fractal structure of three levels, in order to provide the relaxation time for the Crust, to allow for the electricity pumped in the Crust by recharging device, could spread homogeneously in the surrounding are. On this purpose it would be enough to use three timer controllers, to get the appropriate drive signal.
Economy discussion
If we would implement the drive signal as shown on the figure above, we would have the device in duty cycle of 1:4, which means that the device would operate six hours daily, or 180 h/Month, or 2160 h/Year. If we suppose to have the device of 2 kW power, it means that we would be able to charge the Crust of Earth using just one single recharging device, with 4.32 MWh of energy each year. The annual amount which would be spared in Germany amounts approximately
Mout = 4320 kWh/Year * 0.3 EUR/kWh = 1296 EUR/Year,
which would be supported by some funds to the producer of electrical energy, and could be spared in this way for every single recharging device. At the same time the users are going to spent

which is going to cost each of them in Germany
Min = 6.48 kWh/Year * 0.3 EUR/kWh = 19.5 EUR/Year.
Let us take a look how long we would need to recover the damages made by microwave ovens over the past 40 years. The difference in energy balance between the microwave oven and recharging device lies in operating time, which is in 1 : 24 ratio, concerning that the microwave oven is operating the quarter of hour daily, while the recharging device is going to be 6 h daily in full operation. It means that we would hypothetically going to need a time period of
T = 40 Years / 24 = 1.6 Year
to recharge completely the ground using the same number of recharging devices as the number of microwaves. Although, this supposing is quite impossible, it could help us to estimate approximately the time needed to recharge the Crust. The recharging devices are 24 fold more efficiently then the microwave ovens.
We should bear in mind that the total amount of energy to be urgently recharged lies in Tera-watt hours scale. This energy could be used on some other better way, if we are going to introduce here represented recharging devices in large number worldwide. If we concern that total number of microwave ovens amounts 100 of millions, which is for shore many folds higher, we would need to introduce N * 10 millions recharging devices, to fully recharge the Crust in 16 years long.
Of described reasons, the companies which are responsible for generating electrical power, could not be responsible for recharging the Crust. To reiterate the reasons one more time:
1- many devices of less power are more efficient then one device of higher power, of Crust saturation reason, as described above
2- low frequency recharging devices are less efficient then high frequency recharging devices, accordingly to the common physical law which is valid for all devices. The frequency of generated electrical power amounts 50 or 60 Hz. Thus recharging frequency could be even higher then suggested, to better match the aims.
The responsibility for recharging the Crust is not in hands of somebody else, but rather it lies in our own hands, since we all are responsible for efficient recharging the Crust, in order to stop collapse of life on Earth urgently.
Impact on environment
The positively impact on entire planetary balance of here presented recharging device is evident. This is the reason why we should implement such kind of devices urgently in huge number, far over 10 millions of pieces, installed allover the world, in order to increase intensity of the protective shield of our home planet Earth, urgently.
We should consider that the millions of recharging devices are going to be implemented worldwide, and would stay in use for relatively short time. It is lastly our main aim, to recharge the ground the soon the better. We are capable to perform very accurate measurements of the intensity and state of electromagnetic field of the planet Earth, using the scientific satellites service support. The far the bio-electrical field of the planet is going to be recovered, due to completely recharging the Crust with electricity, a broadcasting campaign could be implemented to inform the people allover the world to switch off their own recharging devices. Even though if not all owners of recharging devices are going to realize that they should switch their equipment off, it would not going to disturb the balance of planetary electrical charge, since there are numerous devices operating in similar way as microwave ovens, such as radar devices, or roentgen devices, or the like, which consume more power out of the crust but are not such as numerous as microwave ovens. This kind of devices should also be replaced in future with new models, or slightly accommodated to better match the overall needs.
After some period of time, which needs to be planned for stabilizing purposes, after we are going to be quite shore that the planetary charge is full and stable, it would be possible to organize collecting of recharging devices. These devices could be reused, by just replacing the controller circuit with new one, including feedback, to get the electric generator of the same or higher power, and to resell or reuse them again as portable power generators. Therefore it would be profitable even to stimulate the customers to give back the recharging devices in appropriate time, paying them the certain amount for doing so.
We should bear in mind that currently, this kind of electrical power generators are proclaimed to be strategic technology, and lying under the strictly censorship. Since it is the key technology which is necessary to be implemented worldwide in order to preserve the life on Earth, the censorship barrier should be urgently removed. Hopefully the sane forces and powers are going to win against the insane forces next years, so the barrier is going to be pulled off to allow fast implementing of Crust recharging devices worldwide.
It is advisable to be aware of the matter of fact that it is not very easy to convert the recharging device to useful electric power generator, of the simple reason that on the output of device is generating very high DC voltage which pulsates at high frequency. Of this reasons it is not very simple to transform efficiently the power down to get alternating 110 or 240 V, of low frequency, which would be necessary to drive the power generating device using feedback loop to ensure the self-sustained operational mode, as well as to can do supply the standard electrical equipment. Therefore, this project is not going to be against any actual legacy across the globe, but rather it is going to contribute to the harmony with law and order of the whole Universe, therefore it has additional chances on success. It is to bear in mind that the recharging devices could be very cheep in production, so that all costs for one peace amount far less then $50 each. If we concern that the final price is going to be so high to allow for producing additional two devices, the process of production and installation of devices could be self-sustained, following exponential increasing curve. Of these reasons the investment in such a project could be low, and re-justifying on investment fast.
This project of common interest, for revealing the damaged environmental balance globally, could be simultaneously the high profitable business. Collected funds, could be particularly reused for supporting another projects of common interest, which are contributing to overall prosperity.
Practical implementation
Since the recharging device, as described here, is only in draft as a project idea, it would be necessary to develop the prototype and to perform accurate measurements and tests. Furthermore, it would be necessary to organize everything needed concerning investors, documentation, permissions and legalization as well as PR campaign before starting with production. This kind of project can be easily supported by international community since it is of common interest, therefore the chances on successful realization are huge.
It is important to pay additional attention to the location of installation, in order to reach the efficiency, considering that the density of installed devices plays significant role on saturation of charge, thus relaxation time of spreading the charge across the Crust could increase in case that saturation process takes place. Thus, too high density of recharging devices installed at small surface, could lead to inefficiency of recharging the Crust. Some kind of work-around process should be developed to avoid high density of installed recharging devices on surfaces such as urban areas, which are mostly affected by discharging process, accordingly to the scientifically electrical field intensity measurement reports across the globe.
